Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
- The mobile banking account used for the deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus Terms
- 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.
- Before withdrawing the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x).
- Each registered account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses apply only to specific games — the bonus contribution may vary for certain games.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person.
- viptka reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion at any time.
- If bonus fraud is suspected, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same device, IP address or payment method are not permitted.
VIP Program Terms
viptka's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on playing frequency and activity. Cashback terms are set separately for each tier and viptka may revise these rates at any time.
4 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Playing with honesty and transparency on the viptka platform is mandatory.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software or any technical method to gain an advantage on the platform.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Colluding or collaborating secretly with other players.
